Terms & Conditions – Training Services & Client Policies

Team Roe and Friday Fit provide athletic training, fitness instruction, strength and conditioning, mobility, recovery, group fitness, personal training, youth and adult programs, and related services. Services may be offered in individual, group, team, camp, clinic, or membership formats and may vary by program.

All training services are provided at the participant’s own risk.

Clients (or parents/legal guardians of minors) confirm that:

• The participant is physically able to participate in training activities.
   
• Any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations have been disclosed prior to participation.
   
• Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian.
   

Team Roe and Friday Fit reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a participant’s health, conduct, or noncompliance presents a safety concern.

• Payment is required in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
   
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
   
• Accepted payment methods are cash and online payments.
   
• Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.
   

All training services, sessions, packages, memberships, camps, clinics, and programs offered by Team Roe and Friday Fit are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Missed sessions
   
• Late arrivals
   
• Schedule changes
   
• Illness or injury
   
• Personal conflicts
   
• Unused sessions or packages
   
• Withdrawal from programs

Team Roe and Friday Fit reserve the right to terminate services at any time due to:

• Policy violations
   
• Safety concerns
   
• Nonpayment
   
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior
   

Termination does not qualify for a refund.
